Oneway Help

Hi guys I am new to this website and have a question for the experts. When running a front oneway what will the difference be when oiling the bearings and packing it with grease. How will that affect the cars handling and the oneways response.

Ive only oiled bearings a couple times on my main chassis. The obv result was smoother bearings. Since then, Ive switched to sealed bearings only because of the conditions or surfaces where we drifted were not always clean(dusty). My backup has open style bearings which I oil on occassion. Again smoother results. The freq I would do it would depend on surface condition, and how many sessions I ran it through. Unless you were doing ceramic bearings, which I think are overkill for what we do, regular bearings individually arent that expensive to replace should you need to and are more than enough for drifting...

i use wd40 if i think it needs cleaning. and that rarely happens. i think that in 1year ive only cleaned it up 3x.

then i dry it up before assembly. should avoid raking up dirt that way.
