Re: TA05 Parts needed

unluess your going to run extreme camber angles... stay with a 46mm. the shorter ones will only pop out if you are running a tire that is standing vertical.

Re: TA05 Parts needed

well..... my current ta05 v2 is sitting with a 25t pinion on it and stock tamiya 70t spur. but again thats set for temps. and unless u have ur cs ratio the same as mine, run on similar surfaces, and have a similar driving style ; your temps wont be the same as mine. best thing to do (and alomst ever...

Re: TA05 Parts needed

theres no real answer for that.. it depends on ur motor ur spur gear size, tonz of things.... i tend to start with the smallest pinion gears i have and work my way bigger and bigger watching my temps to make sure i dont damage anything.

Re: DIY: ABS Not Fitting Right?

i noticed the difference as well.... thought it might have just been a differencein how it was tooled.

my attempt at abs tires did just as TEXT's did, looks like its very porious in a cross cut. the abs pipe i bought is just plain old sch40 abs.

Re: question about caster angle.

ok i understand the difference between negitive and positive as it relates to which direction the top is leaning. my real question is, my chassis is all wheel drive cs ratio 86%, being that its AWD and the front wheels do pull the car in the direction just as a FWD would, wouldnt it benifit more fro...

Re: question about caster angle.

i didnt read anything out of context. i read the article and asked a simple question. no need to be an a**. if i missunderstood it correct me, dont just bark some dumb nonsence about your "bmw" and end it there. according to that article adding negitive caster would be benificial, to a poi...

Re: broken dog dones. ta05

yeah but the entire suspention kit on race-and-drift-japan.com is like $100..... but thinking about it for a sec, it does come with everything for that suspention and just the arms kuckels and hubs are 25 thats not including the bearings and universals... that might not be a bad route to go.
